Therefore, if you are the winning bidder on this timeshare, you will pay me your winning bid amount, 2006 maintenance fee in the amount of $718.90, and closing fees at the end of the auction. You will then own this timeshare forever. You will have first use of your week in 2006.

Closing Costs

Closing costs will total only $395 and will include: deed preparation, recording fees, postage fees, and resort notification of transfer of ownership.
